Register: Mail.ru-Sberbank JV acquires 80.2% in Local Kitchen

MOSCOW, Sep 29 (PRIME) -- The online-to-offline joint venture of tech giant Mail.ru Group and major bank Sberbank became the owner of 80.2% in Local Kitchen, a Moscow service of express delivery from dark kitchens, on Monday, according to the unified state register of legal entities, seen by PRIME on Tuesday.

The remaining stake in Local Kitchen belongs to its co-founders: Oleg Kozyrev with 8%, Alexei Kolesnikov with 8%, Anton Lozin with 3.35%, and Kirill Rodin with 0.4%.

In early September, Mail.ru Group and Sberbank said that the joint venture would get 84.7% in the asset with the deal to be closed by the end of October–December. It was stated then that the joint venture would invest part of the funds previously raised from its shareholders for business development.
